The KCCHSA Kick Off and Activity Fair has been scheduled for Thursday, August 16th. The event will be held at Lakeholm Church of the Nazarene.

SCHEDULE

5:30pm: Chair and table set up
- If you can help set up, please come early. Thank you!
6:00pm: Doors open, activity leader set up
6:30pm - 6:50pm: New Member Orientation
Come if you are...
- New to home schooling
- New to KCCHSA
- New to the area
- Had a major life change in the last year (new baby, grandparent living with you, etc)
6:50pm - 7:00pm: Break
7:00pm: All Member Meeting (please be prompt; we have a lot to cover!)
8:00pm: Activity Fair
9:00pm: Clean up

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Activity Leaders
- Please use the registration form to list your activity and needs for the Activity Fair. Additional information shall be forthcoming.
Both MOM and DAD should plan to attend
- If you need help finding a babysitter, please reply to this email and we’ll help you find a qualified sitter.
- If your son or daughter can help with babysitting, please reply with their name, age, babysitting experience, where you live, and babysitting training/certification.
Date night raffle!
- Enter to win a date night! Includes: Dinner & movie plus FREE babysitting if needed.
- If married, both mom and dad MUST BE PRESENT to enter and win.
- Exceptions:
- Those who have spouses deployed with the military
- Single parents may enter and take a child or friend!
